“EHomestay has been my home for a total of 3 months. If I could I would they there for waaayyyy longer than that…. I would and I will always come back. I stayed almost 2 months in a dorm bed, which is open and you feel the ocean breeze at night. Another 6 weeks I stayed in the bungalow with my girlfriend, which was fantastic. Like your own little home away from home. Either way if you wanna stay long term or just a few nights, I can highly recommend both.
Pereranan is the most relaxing part of canggu. Surf is fantastic. On any day there are options for fun waves no matter what the tide is like. Reef and beach breaks. Great and cheap local food just a few minutes down the road. The atmosphere in the homestay is so chill and there is always a good mix of people. You make friends immediately, since you share a kitchen, a garden with beanbags, watch movies together, or just hang out, sleep in the hammock and chat about the last wave you caught in the morning. 
Sunsets are amazing at the infinity pool just 5 minutes down the road on the beach. The two dogs, who live at ehomestay as well, will be so happy if you give them your leftover food from the warung and love to go to the beach for a sunset walk with you. 
The owners, Made and Esi and Agung are the greatest. They are there when you need them, organize BBQs on Sundays sometimes and they can give you good advice on just about anything. They are not just the owners of the place but they are good friends who you will just want to hang out with.
